what an amazingly different experience to the other hotels in this town! Breakfast canapes, fantastic full english with black pudding and decent sausage and tasy bacon. Great shower, spotless room and facilities Miles ahead of anywhere else I've stayed in Barnstaple!

We were impressed by this house, both with the friendliness and the quality of the furnishings in our room. It is an easy walk into town where there is no shortage og very good eateries. Breakfast was excellent in all respects. The pricing is not cheap but we have no complaints.

 We stayed here for 2 nights and Only wished it could have been longer. We have recently stayed at the Yeo Dale after booking at short notice. The hotel was exceptionally clean, lwith ovely, well-decorated rooms and the service was fantastic and welcoming. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. A real treat all-round. Would most definitely recommend and will most definitely return!

5 minutes walk from Town centre, Hotel was spotlessly Clean , Rooms were beautifully decorated and the breakfast was perfect, The owner and staff were exceptionally friendly, Would 100% recommend this hotel and will definatly stay again.

I stayed here with my mum in November for the marines march through the town, the owners were very friendly and very helpful with giving us maps and directions around the town. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was delicious! Would defiantly stay here Again.

I stayed two nights while in town on business and found the location perfect five min walk from the town centre, the rooms well sized and simple but stylishly decorated and the food & service top quality. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and dinner both nights I ate there was delicious, generously portioned and prepared fresh,
