We found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable and enjoyed a pleasant stay. However, for the staff to have referred to us, the guests, as "you guys" is highly unprofessional..............."Sir" or "Madam" should be, of course, the correct form of address.

This trip was planned by my boyfriend, so not sure on prices. But the hotel was amazing, seemed very oldy wordly, the staff were excellent, as in polite and very welcoming. just spent the easter weekend here. absolutely great. room and bathroom of a very high standard. food was great, the best we have experienced at a brend hotel, even the vegetarian in our party was delighted. staff were very attentive and friendly. we even had entertainment laid on. plenty of parking. all in all very good.

Superb service from time of arrival to departure. All staff courteous, friendly and helpful. Room provided expansive view of the river. Hotel decor new and fresh. Wide and varied choice of food to high standard and all drinks at affordable prices. Would definitely stay again when next in area.
