This is a little gem of a place,the perfect place to chill out.Lovely rooms and garden space.Connor went that extra mile for us which made it just that more special.Great cooked breakfast so much that it kept us going all day.We will go back again

I could write a lot about this place, but really, if you're south of the Lake District or in the southern part of it, near Barrow-in-Furness... this is the best place to stay! We stayed at the Roa Island B&B with friends and were very warmly welcomed by Wayne. The outside of the building is a little shabby but don't let that put you off, the inside is nicely decorated and clean although some of the rooms still need to be updated a little.
