The room ( luxury double 214 ) was a nice room on the whole, however we had no sleep due to music coming from nightclub. Some rooms are cheaper due to noise but not this one. Some rooms do say to expect noise but not this one. I wouldn't go back. Having wanted a nice relaxing weekend this place does... More

As expected we heard the music from the function suite even on the 4th floor but it was a Saturday night. The hotel has been kitted out to a good standard and the suites once complete will be great for business travellers etc. could do,with a desk and a hair dryer I'd have thought! All in all good value.

Booked hotel for two nights to watch football match got good price so didn't expect much. I was more than satisfied with what was provided. Hotel was central to town centre, modern and clean. Booked a double room which was probably the cheapest available and was more than adequate for our needs. Small but modern bathroom with excellent shower. Bed... More

The room vas clean, bathroom as well, the breakfast was consistent (full English), only issue was with the walls (thin) and you could hear what is happening in the other room (even if you do not want to). Staff was friendly, hotel also provided free parking.

I cannot fault the standard of the rooms - decor, facilities and comfort were all fabulous. I especially enjoyed the sunken bath, wet room and huge bed. However, this hotel is more suited to those who like to get blotto until 3 am. At seven months pregnant, unfortunately, I'm not one of them and therefore didn't get any sleep until... More

I booked this hotel as a night away for my partner and I. Check in was slightly slow as the receptionist seemed to struggle to find the room key. There was parking onsite into a ramshackle garage type room, which led into the hotel through a side door. Upon entering the room we were hit by the heat from the... More

We booked this hotel for my birthday to get away for a night. I looked at the reviews and there seemed to be a mixed reaction. However, we found it to be a lovely hotel with very few minor issues. Firstly, i would like to say that the hotel was spotless, the staff friendly, the rooms big and we were... More

An overnight business trip on a snowy, cold Monday night! A lovely warm welcome from a very helpful receptionist, (she very kindly lent me a phone charger). Beautiful newly refurbished single room with lovely soft furnishings and a delightful bathroom. Slept well - no noise. No hairdryer but within minutes of calling reception one was brought to my room with a... More

I have to congratulate the Hotel on the Dinner Dance they organised for New Years Eve. The dinner was lovely the entertainment was excellent, and the disco provided the rest of the nights entertainment.. Hope you do another one for 2013. Will definitely be recommending it..
