Very clean and comfortable B&B. It was in a perfect place on the esplanade with walking distance to the town. We stayed in the twin room at the top, great beds with good shower and little add on's such as tea and biscuits in the room, shower gels etc. It was very friendly with a great breakfast in the morning.... Lovely rooms, clean and tidy and lovely people very welcoming, very close to beach wanted to stay longer would definitely stay again, breakfast was the best and there was plenty on offer, very comfy bed all clean ,nice strong shower. Iron and iron board in rooms lovely selection of tea and comfy

Very nice little B&B, in a perfect spot on the esplanade, walking distance to town. handy off street parking too! It was all the little touches that made the difference- tea/coffee in room, shower gels shampoo etc and my boyfriend particularly liked the chocolates! Took a long shot on this one as it was booked by a colleague whose track record hasn't been great! Very comfortable B&B with a good breakfast which was served early for us as we were working. The rooms were clean and nicely presented. As others have said, the ensuite was compact, but this is typical of many other places... More

Very clean and comfortable, we had the family room which had everything you could think of. Ensuite shower and bathroom, tea and coffee in room. Breakfast was great with wonderful service and very friendly and helpful. The downside it was freezing outside (waht do you expect in Febuary) but it was wonderful walking along the esplanade. Lovely little B&B (homely) on the esplanade, good hospitality and helpful. clean and comfortable stay, wanted for nothing in the room. Didn't have breakfast (my choice as working in the area working and it was to early for me to eat) Parking was handy (back of the property)location is good, short walk into town, definately would recommend.

having now stayed at this B&B, I think the 1 or 2 who are giving bad reviews, do it anywhere they stay hoping for compensation!!!!
