This b&b has amazing views, and is right on the seafront off the Esplanade. Our room was cosy, warm and immaculately clean. Our cooked breakfast was delicious and the owner - Joy - was friendly, welcoming and informative. There are hundreds of b&b's in Weymouth but this one is not tired and dated and is excellent value for money.

As ever our stay at the Beach House was warm and welcoming despite the appalling weather. The rooms and showers were toasty warm. The breakfast was very nice, particularly as we wanted fat free, very accommodating ! We would definitely stay again, the rooms are always very clean and airy.

A great place to stay. Right on the seafront, a period property, immaculately presented & spotlessly clean, comfortable room with good facilities, followed by a superb breakfast. Joy & Laura are great hosts who really look after their guests

Everything you would expect and so much more. Great sea view, fabulous fresh cooked food, very accommodating staff and a great sized and comfortable room. This kind of place makes you return to a place and ensures you have the best of time while you are there.
