My daughter and myself found this property on line and stayed for 4 nights. We had a very enjoyable stay and found the owners very friendly and the premises very clean - nothing was too much trouble. The b & b was very conveniently positioned for the prom, beach and bus and train routes.

This is a very friendly, clean and conveniently located guest house. Rooms have been modernised and decorated to a good standard. Very comfortable bed and plenty of storage. The owners could not have done more to make this a very enjoyable stay.

From the minute we arrived we felt welcome. Owners very friendly and welcoming. Didn't go down to breakfast one morning and they sent a sandwich up for me. We would recommend this b and b to anyone. The only downside was that we had to go home.

This must surely be the friendliest guest house in Dorset. Duncan and Diane could not have made us feel more at home. Parking permit was available immmediately which is important as at a premium.
