Had a 2 day stay and found everything clean and tidy, enhanced by the friendly greeting from the owners. Our room, at the top of the house, was quite spacious with comfortable bed and well laid out. A very enjoyable stay.

Philbeach is handy for the sea, shops and family amusements. Unless you want to travel further afield there is no need to move your car. The rooms offer every amenity you need and are extremely comfortable. Helen's breakfast will set you up for the day. I thoroughly recommend Philbeach.

This is a little gem of a guest house, very clean and comfortable. Helen is particularly helpful with information about where is good to eat locally. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and very pleasing to the eye. Breakfast is awesome with lots of choice, beautifully cooked and well presented by Helen.We will be back soon.
