Firstly we had to wait 90 minutes for the owener to turn up even though we had given our time of arrival. The whole place is a building site and still has Christmas decorations up and is in terrible state. The place is a disgrace, old matresses outside, building work going on. The place is dirty, breakfast is stale bread and cheap yogurts. And best of all is the owner who is an appaulingly rude man. The worst place I have ever stayed. There are lots of great places to stay in Beverley, keep clear.
