Went there on 26th May. Had meals off their £6.50 menue.. Two courses for that.. Lovely food and great staff. Only one ''complaint'' they only sell one real ale and I find ''Old Appledore'' not to my taste. Another as a second choice would be good

On a coach holiday my wife and I enjoyed the very comfortable rooms and the relaxing surroundings. The staff were excellent and very attentive. The restaurant food was also excellent and the serving staff friendly and efficient. The only minor gripe we had is that there is only one lift and this only takes 4 persons at a time. We...

We received an email offer direct from the hotel; 4 nights inc Dinner, Bed & Breakfast @ £99 per person!
We were concerned when we read reviews that as it was a coach trip hotel that the food and lodgings wouldn't be very good ... we were wrong. Room was modern, walk in shower, glass basin, 32" flat screen tv...

The beds are either twin or standard double,...

The room and bed were comfortable and it was fairly quiet even though my room faced the main road. The food in the hotel was...

Fantastic Hotel, 2nd time I have stayed here. Great rooms, great food and great location. Bus stops right outside hotel, if you dont want to walk into Bideford town centre. Lovely little town to wander about it. This hotel is also on the bus route to other places to. Would definately go back again.
We stayed at the Durrant house Hotel midweek break Monday to Friday with our Local coach Operator. The first thing we were asked was for a £1 Deposit on the electronic key to our room.
The Hoterl is quite nicely furnished and has all the posh bits like a spa and a pool and Gym . Buit they want £5...
