A fantastic place to stay as a base for exploring all parts of the New Forest. The room was clean, airy, quiet and well-equipped for our stay. The owner Julie was helpful and particularly knowledgable of the area. The breakfasts provided an excellent start to the day! I would thoroughly recommend it.

Julie was a great host, and accomodation was brilliant. Very clean and comfortable. Brilliant wet room and lovely fluffy towels! Excellent variety of breakfast with tasty local produce. Ideal base for New Forest and Isle of Wight, for those with or without a car. Wish we could of stayed longer!

This is a lovely room close to the centre of Brockenhurst. Julie is very friendly and cooks a choice of breakfast, served in your room, which is difficult to match anywhere
