The Brendon Arms was a complete pleasure, the room was spotlessly clean, the food was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful. I stayed there with my friend Lin, two women on our own visiting our other friend for a reunion and they really looked after us especially as we felt vulnerable without our husbands. Strongly recommend this pub. The food is excellent and the rooms are clean having been recently refurbished. Comfy bed and excellent breakfast. Also had dinner there and the food was great too. Great location, very near to the beach. Free wifi is an added bonus.

Excellent friendly staff. Rooms recently refurbished. Very good breakfast, good selection for evening meal in restaurant, overall food good. Bar has good selection of real ales and locally produced ciders. Wine list not extensive.

Very friendly welcome on arrival. Room freshly decorated therefore very clean and welcoming. Enormous bathroom. Evening meals in bar good value, delicious and very filling. Lively, sociable atmosphere in bar. breakfast all you would need to set you up for energetic walks around beaches, along canal and on clifftop. Overall an excellent stay.
