Another relaxing stay. Clean, comfortable and airy accommodation. Warm welcome. Lovely owners and staff. Fantastic food, well worth eating in the Greys restaurant on the evenings as well as the eye popping full Scottish Breakfast. Beautiful setting, convenient to the lovely town. Fantastic base for exploring The Trossachs. To sum up its like staying with friends but even more relaxing,... More

We stayed here for one night. The house it self is very cute, and we got a big and light room (the Teith room) on first floor. Clean and big (but a bit cold) bathroom. Good and friendly service at arrival and checkout. Excellent value! Good and homemade breakfast.

The Inn is, in fact, the old rectory from the church next door. The outside atmosphere is great and so are all the surroundings. However, the Inn is a bit dated and could use a spruce up. In our particular room there was a constant, loud buzz from the TV. I'm not the kind of tourist who goes to Scotland... More

My husband and I stayed at the Old Rectory Inn on a Friday and Saturday night in March. The Inn is located on a main highway, but the traffic isn't very heavy, and road noise was never an issue in the room. A large parking area is located in the front of the inn. Beautiful views of a river with... More

We didn't stay here because we were at a friends place down the road, but we went there for dinner one night and really enjoyed it. Sometimes finding good food in England is a bit hit and miss, but Scotland seems to do it a bit better - and attitudes are so much more friendlier! We'll certainly go back for... More

What a wonderful place to stay! In the cosy bar - friendly people (it's always a good sign if local folk drink there!); great atmosphere; and the selection of drinks on offer includes well over 100 different whiskies...! In the dining room - interesting, varied menu, surprisingly reasonably priced, fresh, and cooked to order (nothing 'made earlier' and warmed up... More
