Excellent full English breakfast. Friendly and helpful owner. 5 minute walk to town centre. 5 minute walk to train station. On main road for the M4 motorway. Beautiful river Avon. Old stone buildings. Plenty of shops and places to eat.

my wife and I spent to nights here. We were pleased and and delighted with genuine old fashioned manners, courtesy, and helpfullness. We tend to stay in B&Bs rather than hotels, for a more personel touch. you certainly get that here. The rooms are homely and comfortable, and the breakfast is fast and good. We would stay again
