I visited friends in Christchurch and again stayed at thisbeautiful guest house. I chose to stay in one of the luxury rooms which are certainly worth the extra money. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners Alan & Wendy and the breakfast is freshly prepared which is a rarity today.

Very warm and cozy, homely decorated hotel! Lovely relaxed atmosphere! The hosts are very friendly and help with everything. Newly refurbished to a high standard,clean,modern decor and it would be hard to improve on the choice of breakfast items.(Unless you must have kippers)Our Hengistbury room had a fabulous large ensuite bathroom and all the towels were new and fluffy.
