Went with friends for May Bank Holiday. Excellent welcoming, clean Hotel. Close to town with good selection of Pubs and restuarants. We had a lovely large clean room, deco a little dated but still nice. The hotel was located very close to town and near station. Hosts were very friendly and helpful despite obviouslly being very busy. Breakfast freshly cooked, lovely with a range of choices recommended would stay again.

Ideally situated 5 min walk from station and ten mins from town. Dated decor. Tiny grubby shower room that smelt of damp. Towels too close to the toilet and towels smelt of damp, hope it was damp anyway- didn't use them to be on the safe side. Booked last minute and got a room at the back, dingy cold and no phone coverage but I am guessing it was the only room available. Breakfast was good and ample and hosts were very friendly and helpful. Christchurch centre is a short walk away and the rates were reasonable for the area. I would recommend and stay here again.

Very welcoming hosts. 10 min walk to Christchurch Centre. Excellent full English, freshly cooked. Reasonable rates especially over this Easter weekend. The room was of reasonable size but we did think the decor and furnishings were dated

My husband and I booked at short notice and were highly delighted with our accomodation. Lovely clean en-suite double room. Very convenient for Christchurch, within walking distance. Very reasonable rates. Breakfast was superb. Very warm & welcoming hosts. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended, comfortable Guest House.
