I enjoyed my 3-night stay at Seapoint. The room was comfortable, the landlady was friendly and thoughtful, the breakfasts were well prepared and tasty and the location was very handy for walks by Christchurch Harbour.

Avoid. Bedrooms need total makeover. En suite was promised and is down the hall. Tiny cupboard under the stairs. Whole place smells of damp. Over priced at £93 for double room for one night!!!!!!!!!!!!
