We have stayed at this site a few times of the last 10 years. The last stay was good. The toilet blocks are old but clean and the showers are warm and work well. Reception staff were helpful and freindly. At £15 per pitch per night it was good value too. We will return.

Bracelands is a huge sloped field surrounded by trees with the hook ups cheek by jowl and two out of the three toilet blocks in a disgusting state of disrepair. To add insult to injury they close the only decent toilet block 10 am-1pm every day 'for cleaning'. I don't know what thier definition of cleaning is but it's not... More

lovely site in the forest with very friendly helpful staff. However the shower blocks weren't very clean and the toilets were often blocked, there weren't enough showers and on the whole they were cold and not very powerful. The rest of the site was well maintained and clean .Wouldn't revisit this site unless they refurb the facilities.

We stayed over the August bank holiday day weekend when the site was at full capacity. There was only 10 showers for men and 10 showers for women for over 500+ pitches. It was extremely disappointing. Queues for the showers toilets and wash basin could be up to 1 hour....Best to get up and shower at 7am as we did... More
