For a YHA hostel this is really letting the side down, we were with a group and all of us complained. The beds were horrible, I have slept on floors more comfortable than those mattresses. There was hot water when we first arrived but none later in the evening or in the morning. Has potential, but for a YHA hostel... More

We stayed her for 3 nights as part of a touring holiday in NI. Decided to do YHA after a fantastic experience in Australia. To be fair Oz is a bit special so it was hard for NI to compete however the hostels run in much the same way althought he NI ones were much quieter which unfortunately loses some... More

Of all the hostels I stayed in Ireland, this was the least 'Irish' hostel. Generally walking into other hostels in Ireland, you instantly feel welcome and very 'at home' - not this place. That said, it has everything you need and want in a hostel, it's just lacking that X-factor. Very affordable and good spacious rooms. Receptionists lovely and the... More

We stayed 6 days at this hostel and did day trips off in all directions. We had our own bedroom (small but had good lockable storage) and private bathroom which was great. Liked having cooking facilities, place to use internet ($), do laundry. Liked that it was handy to public transit because we didn't have a car to stay in... More

I stayed at the Hostel for three days, Room 21 on the 2nd floor. I managed to squeeze into a parking space just across the narrow street which runs up to a convent, which was very convenient indeed. I was fortunate enough. to get a space for my whole stay. I stayed in a room with two bunk-beds, lockers (bring... More

The Bridges Hostel is in an interesting and recently renovated building in central Enniskillen - perfect for backpackers. This hostel is perfect - with a mix of dorm-style and private rooms, all en-suite. The shared facilities include a TV lounge, full kitchen, and laundry facilities which really came in handy. At 37GBP/night, we didn't mind making our own beds and... More

I travelled there not entirely for pleasure, but for academic research. As a matter of fact, this place was chosen from two reasons: I needed a base to explore some corners of the North, and I was on a budget. And I have friends in this town... My first impression was: is it anti-nuclear shelter? The Bridges Hostel is a... More
