we booked this at the last moment and weren't sure what we were getting, but it was really good. I am very sorry that you were disappointed to find us closed. We are a small family run establishment and work very long hours at this time of year, running the hotel and pub. I am sorry that you had a bad experience at The Haugh Hotel. It was unfortunate that the heating had failed on that day and therefore, we also had no hot water.
