The hotel from the outside does not give it any justice but believe me the rooms are excellent and roomy. The food is amazing. The staff are so helpful. You have to go their and see for yourselves.

I was in Kinross for a couple of days fishing on Loch Leven so needed overnight accommodation, for £50 pounds per night for a single room it is excellent value. I also had dinner there, good seasonal menu and very well prepared. Staff are all very helpfull and extremely professional....... Will definitely stay there the next time I'm in Kinross.
