The staff here are excellent and will go the extra mile to make sure your happy. Even unexpected glitches and things they were happy to help, glad to see customer service isn't dead. This hotel is what you are looking for in a 4 star country hotel.Great location with service that excels a top end hotel.Will certainly be back to this hotel as it was very relaxing and staff know how to treat their customers.

We were upgraded to a four poster bedroom, not sure why but very happy as the room was lovely and inviting and the bed was very comfortable. Staff welcomed us like old friends and they were very accommodating. The food was varied and very tasty.

Half way stop to our Scottish destination. We had the "dog house" and a four poster room for the night and both rooms were fabulous. Lynne was on reception, in the bar, serving breakfast, and looked after the dogs when they wanted a quiet room for a pint!! Good Scottish breakfast to start the journey the next day.
