We went with friends and we were all astounded at the high quality of this B&B. Rooms were excellent, breakfasts great and the friendly service was heartwarming. We are all going back again as a group and could happily recommend to others without hesitation.

Lovely, large, modern and cosy property with plenty of parking. Our room was well decorated, clean and a great size overlooking the well kept garden. This is an excellent B & B especially if you want a one night stay on the way to the Isle of Wight ferry, as we did. Very nice room, handy for the centre of Lymington to eat, and quiet. A good and varied breakfast, and reasonably priced (nb - no cards, cash preferred). Heartily recommended.

A fantastic B&B, we were made to feel very welcome, our room was beautiful. The relaxing spa bath is a real treat, and the breakfast was truly perfect, will return one day...
