Went for 50th birthday meal. Staff & waitresses all very friendly. The food is really great and probably some of the best steak we have ever had. Since last visit the furniture had improved too, making it more comfortable.

We stayed on the way to our sons, our accomodation was very clean, lovely bathroom, like an up market travellodge. For the money we paid, it far exceeded our expectations. We had a meal in their restaurant, it was probably one of the nicest meals we have ever had. It is more a beautiful restaurant with somewhere to stay than...

Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. Bungalow style accommodation. Rooms nice size and has everything you need. Would certainly stay again. For the money not bad at all. You will need a car though as not easily accessible.
Paying nearly £60 for a room per night you would have thought a full english breakfast would be included! Food, albeit i only ate from the bar menu but was freshly cooked, was nice but not worth the money.
The shower in the room was electric and very poor.
Middle of winter, snow on the ground, outside temp 1 degree...

Had a wedding anniversary meal for two. Meat cooked before me, perfect. Beautiful presentation, and flavours out of this world. I thoroughly recommend you go and experience this restaurant. Expect to pay £30-£40 per head, but worth it.

We stayed at the Carrington Arms in Moulsoe on a cycle trip. The room was lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly. Moulsoe is a lovel quiet village with some nice countyryside strolls. The continental breakfast was good - you had to pay a little bit extra but it was delivered to our room which gave us the...

This restaurant serves the best steaks I have ever had. The reason the steak look old is because they are supposed to be. They are dry-aged for at least 21 days and to be honest the darker the better. I don' think you would know a good steak if it slapped you in the face.
Maybe your comments would be...

We stopped for a quick meal on route home. We thought it looked quite impressive at the front but once we entered I noticed that the carpet was filthy, outdated and the furniture had marks on it but we were hungry so decided to brace our selves. The bar menu was uninspiring mostly burgers so we went for the main...
