I would echo the other reviewers, this is a lovely town hotel in the centre of Oakham. We had a big comfy room at the front of the hotel with a modern bathroom. Big car park at the rear of the hotel, friendly greeting at reception with a lovely full English breakfast in the morning. Good value too.
