We like this hotel for it's closeness to Ross-on-Wye. It is always clean and comfortable, usually quiet and a good resting place on trips to Wales

A clean hotel ideally situated for trip into Ross-on-Wye. Polite and helpful staff. Room modern and well sound insulated so no noise of doors slamming or people walking in the rooms above. Would have no hesitation staying here again.

Stayed here to reduce a long trip to Wales , was really impressed with the staff who were extreamly helpfull the standard of the room cleanliness and overal comfort. The travelers rest next door was a good place to eat in the evenein and breakfast

This Premier Inn is excellent with lovely views over the fields outside of Ross-on-Wye. The only downside was a mediocre at best evening meal at the attached Beefeater restaurant otherwise this Premier Inn would have had top marks, We must say that the breakfast was very good,

We had a 2 night break at this Premier Inn and added on the meal package at the adjacent Beefeater, The Travellers Rest. Had a very enjoyable stay, great value for money. Room had recentley be refurbished and room was immaculate. No noise from surrounding area, even though a quite a busy island. Four of us stayed for 2 nights and were all delighted with total package both the hotel and the Beefeater. The service we received at both was exceptional and the quality of the food was very good.We will definitely be staying again next time we are in Ross.
