A beautiful location and the main public areas of the hotel are comfortable but the chalet we had at the rear of the hotel was not as clean as they should be and the shower area needed a good dose of bleach and perhaps regrouting. Also no bottled water in the room despite a notice warning that the tap water...

Staff excellent, food superb (make sure your hungry when asking for full English) eve meals very good, Room more than adequate, slight disturbance from music down stairs seemed to echo through our room (1) early morning.

Great to see an old country pub still going strong, the inn on the wye has a lovely olde world feel to the restaurant and bar which makes it lovely for a meal for 2 or some drinks,. the seats were comfortable and it had outdoor seating for sunny days - unfortunately for us there were quite a few wasps...

This hotel looks over the river wye, and has a great view. The bar area and dining room were nice, especially the conservatory. Breakfast was good, and the only reason I give this a 3 is that the room was poor. It was in need of a redecoration, some attention and a new mattress.
Both sheets and duvet were poor.

Accommodation, we rented...

We came here to fete the final lunch together of a wonderful two week holiday en famille in a rented house not too far from this tempting-looking establishment.. The atmosphere is crisp and charming, but the parking lot and the tables were noticeably free of occupants. We ate the following dishes - a cheddar ciabatta with disgustingly sweet chutney, a...

We stayed at the Inn on the Wye over the Bank Holiday Weekend. The room (9) was clean, comfortable and quiet. This is a pub so we were not expecting 5 star but were very pleased with what we had. The room had an en-suite toilet / shower room that is in need of refurbishment but the power shower washed away...

Arrived for a one night stay at this pretty inn a couple of miles from Ross on Wye. The staff were pleased to see us and genuinely happy to help in any way to make our stay more comfortable.
The bar area and particularly the restaurant are tastefully decorated and comfortable and although the inn was quiet during our visit...
