I wanted somewhere in Wolverhampton over night so I could collect my son from the uni. Normally stay in the Travelodge but fancied some where different. Got a great deal through an agent (Cheaper than their own website ) for £28.00,2 people, Room Only. Brilliant. Only needed the room to sleep and shower in the morning. Beds were really comfy...

The hotel is centrally located near the train station, close to the town centre and cheap. That's it for the positive. The bed was small and lumpy, there was mold in the bathroom (which had a broken window) and I was awoken all through the night by the buses turning around at the bus depot (I started wearing earplugs but...

Hotel is very central, parked on the NCP 6.90 for 24 hrs. Whilst hotel is a bit tired, I can manage that, as long as its clean and food is good which it was. Could have done with some spare pillow is our only complaint.

I arrived at the hotel approx 10:00pm on Saturday night.
Guy on reception said "you're booked in a double room."
I think he...

Grubby, dirty, out dated, we booked in and was allocated a room, went up in a ricketty old lift to find when we opened the door, the room still occupied, lights on clothes every where. went down to reception to be told that room should have been vacated yesterday. I still cant work out how we got the key to...

If it's cheap you want, this is the place for you. Problem is you get cheapskate, not just cheap. The bad impression starts with the news that they will charge £2 not just for credit card payments (perhaps understandable) but also if a debit card is used, which I would like to see them try to justify. I paid cash,...
