I was satisfied with the staff in the hotel, they were friendly. Hotel rooms were very basic equiped, but everything was clean. The hotel is very close to city center. The only disadvantage was that breakfast was the same for the whole week.

Was supposed to be staying elsewhere in Wolverhampton but was appalled with service, so at very short notice, was able to get a room here. I stayed here due to watching football and then going to the gadget show the next day. The lift was broken but what do you expect for 12 pounds. Was good for a night. Very happy

Less than basic. The service is virtually non-existent, cleanliness of rooms leaves much to be desired and the breakfast is very poor (you are better off if you have breakfast anywhere in town).
