Really close to Ashford International rail terminal and the town center, pleasant 5-7 minute walk to either. Clean room with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Not en-suite, but you would not expect that for this price anyway. Excellent value. Thanks Sue, Jim and Jack for giving me that home away from home feeling. Will definetly be back when... More

very clean, great breakfast, I have never felt so at home. All of that for such a good price. In room, all we could ever need was in cupboard, fan, extra blanket...anything to make our stay more comfortable. Sue, Jim and Jack were all so kind and welcoming. Really great feel to the place. Thanks Sue and Jim and Jack!

After staying at several chain hotels in the past, we have learnt to search for locally run bed and breakfasts and hotels. Sue and Jims bed and breakfast was just like staying at your parents house but having to pay for the pleasure. Dont expect ensuite facilities cos you wont get them. Sue and Jim made our stay a real home from home experience, you couldn't ask for a friendlier welcome. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and tidy.
