We stayed here for one night whilst on a driving tour of the UK. really happy with the choice, beautiful village, great pub, proper little village pub. Fabulous food. Stayed in a family room, had basics with tea and coffee facilities, lots of room, garden etc. Everything was lovely. Thanks!

The Brasenose Arms is situated by the canal in Banbury. As soon as we walked in we could tell it was very welcoming and family friendly. We decided to eat I had the Sunday roast which was excellent (beautiful beef) and my partner had one of their famous burgers which she said was the best she has ever had! The... More

We stopped at The Brasenose Arms last week and found an extremely warm welcome with some charming people. The barmaid was practising playing an instrument as she felt working in a music pub she ought to look the part, what a delight, a very amusing hour! Cider was good and company excellent. The area is beautiful, walks are lovely and... More

I stayed here for 5 nights and I got much more than my money's worth. I came in from the U.S. to do some work close by. The Brasenose is very much a basic and enjoyable stay. The room was clean, the amenities (shower, hot water, bed, towels) were all clean and perfectly fine. The television got several channels, not... More

We came and found this place for a quiet pub lunch on a visit to Banbury. On arrival, we were the only ones there but got a friendly welcome nonetheless. The bar area is a bit quirky, a bit dirty and a bit cold if anything. The electric fake fire gives out no heat. It's a shame there's not a... More

What a fabulous spot. Great rooms with lovely garden views, excellent food ( fully cooked breakfast included in your rate!) and brilliant staff. There are laundry services available and free wifi in the pub. The live music is a real bonus and the artists are world class. There are excellent walks along the canal or you can relax in the... Stayed at the Brasenose frequently over 2 months while working near by. Couldnt have wished for anywhere nicer to spend nights away from home. Regular customers and staff were all very friendly and we felt like locals by the time our stay in the area finished. Food was excellent and there was usually some good music on. Rooms were really... We stayed for 5 nights while walking the Oxford to Coventry canal. It was a great stay, friendly and nice accommodation. The food and the coffee were great.

All in all, i loved every minute of my stay at the beautiful pub,the food was modern and well presented. And the pub had a great vibe and live music! Couldn't ask for more from a country pub B&B!
