Myself and my partner booked the whole of the Westminster for our wedding guests including my bridesmaids. During the process of booking everyone in, Shelly the owner could not have been more helpful. Even when I was sick of making the changes, she was warm and kind. All my guests commented on how warm, clean and welcoming the hotel was... More

We were there for the International G & S Festival in August. Our host Shelley was great and very helpful. The room we had was on the 1st floor and was very clean and comfortable. The shower/en-suite was fine. The breakfast was just great and was the perfect start to each day for us. The location was fantastic with a... More

We stayed there for 2 nights. Just came back. The location of the hotel was excellent. However we dint get a room with the view.. Anyway, so the room is so tiny... And the bathroom is even tinier. Couldn't have been worse. We have stayed in so many hotels outside London and atleast we get a decent size room and... More

Hotel was clean inside, although when we looked out of our window, the beautiful view of the pavilion gardens was interrupted by dirty, mouldy window frames. However the room was nicely furnished, warm, clean and the staff were very welcoming. There was a very wide choice for breakfast, and it was very nicely cooked. Despite the window frames, we would... My husband and I stayed in the Westminster Hotel last night (17th October). I booked this hotel on 16th October in order to save driving home after a concert at the Opera House. I asked for a room facing the Pavilion and this is what we had. The room was comfortable and the heat from the radiator made the room... More

I booked this hotel very last minute for 1 night for myself and my partner. We checked in late in the evening to a very warm welcome from the host. Our room was spotless, spacious enough with well stocked extras (tea, coffee, sugar etc) Our room was at the back of the hotel so the view wasn't great but like... More

This hotel suited us very well. The welcome was warm, the room had a great view over the gardens and the price was reasonable. The amenities are standard; nothing luxurious but fine for a few days' stay. The breakfast was generous and would set you up for a good day's hiking in this lovely countryside. The hours are a bit... We chose this place mainly because of the location and on that score, we weren't disappointed. Our room overlooked the Pavillion gardens with a lovely view of the pond. The bedroom itself was a very good size and nicely decorated although the TV was a bit small for the size of room. The ensuite bathroom was very drab and could... More
