The setting is beautiful, the hostess and staff are gracious and the accomodations are very comfortable without being fussy. We had a fantastic stay at Cressbrook hall. When I woke up in the morning and looked out the window, I felt like I was living in a fairy tale. It was so fun to walk to the nearby villages and explore. The whole experience was very charming. Everyone was so kind and helpful.

We have just had a wonderful break at Cressbrook Hall. The owner, Bobby was very welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The sevice and hospitality were excellent and the Hall and surrounding countryside stunning.

We found the owner Bobby , extremely rude . Location is absolutely stunning but the cottages are in need of a update .

We stayed this summer as a couple and although the general standards are quite good the prices are ridiculous. I would also tend to agree with those who have given very poor feedback for customer service. For the sort of money charged, it's simply not good enough. I would not bother again.
