Fantastic location on the Offa's Dyke path. Beautifully restored Victorian residence. Fabulous rooms and views and a great choice of breakfasts. Highly recommend.

As per other reviews...this is a lovely B&B. Super location with a walk through fields (or by road) into Hay taking about 10 minutes. Beautiful room (we stayed in King Offa) with old fashioned bath and big, brass bed. If you are staying in Hay on Wye you won't find a better B&B! Everything about this place is excellent from the charming rooms to the scrummy breakfasts! The owners are very attentive even posting my camera back to me by first class post and not charging us - Thank you! Can't wait to return!
