Pauline is hospitable, helpful and humorous. Her B&B is only 5 minutes walk away from the Hay-on-Wye town centre--it is easy to get to, but away from the traffic noise. I had good sleeps every night, because it is so peaceful and quiet. She served delicious English breakfasts, and her recommendations on local restaurants were great.

Had a fabulous 3 night stay with Pauline and Tom. As has been said before, very friendly, clean & quiet rooms and great breakfast. An easy 5 minute walk to town, just left car on their drive and off we went! Good free wi-fi. O2 phone signal is non existent in this area, pure peace.

Delightful, comfortable B & B. Great breakfast which sustained us for many hours, as you don't always have time to eat at the Hay Literary Festival!
