Lovely place and staff were excellent. This hotel should be in better spot as the surrounding area has nothing to offer even the local pubs werea bit drab. Food was fine good breakfast especially. Would recommend this hotel and would go back

We stayed here for two nights due to a family celebration being held here. I had my wedding here for the bank holiday and we stayed for the whole of it and I have to stay I cannot fault the service and everything went to plan meals were great and nothing was too much trouble, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I would describe this hotel as adequate at best. On the plus side, the staff are helpful and the food reasonable. However the rooms need updating, especialy the pillows and beds - both seem poor quality and definitely had a negative effect on my sleep. There's scope for improvement, that's for sure.
