Stayed in a twin bedroom which was clean and tidy, with no obvious problems. But once in bed the issues started. Firstly, the bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in (I’ve stayed in many hotels ranging from 3-5 stars UK and abroad) with metal springs digging into my side. Second major problem was that our room contained a... More

I chose this hotel for it's 'close' proximity to the airport as we had a very early flight, BIG mistake! On arrival the hotel looked well presented and tidy, we were checked in without any problem. When we got to our room we were right by the lift and corridor doors, not ideal as we had requested a quiet room.... More

Service at bar and reception excellent. Breakfast great. Only the room itself let things down but that's down to the refurbishment. At the end of the day all I wanted was a bed and I had one. A working television would have been nice but was probably too tired to watch it anyway

This hotel is not cheap for the quality of their installation. It is a quite noisy in the room. The restaurant has not good quality food, however is not very expensive. They don't have gym, spa or other, but they charge s they have. Wifi is good and free. Nothing around, not even a restaurant so you will be stacked... More

Firstly I thought staff were five star- from the moment I telephoned to get directions to the very helpful and pleasant reception staff. One young lady was really helpful. I arrived fairly early and requested a nice room as I had seen mixed reviews on here. I was pleased to receive a newly refurbished room on the first floor -... More

We arrived here Xmas Eve around 7pm for a 2 night stay. No seasonal greetings and it seemed as if Christmas just doesn't happen here. As the time of year the Hotel seemed mainly empty but glum and the 'decoration' thrown up and already knocked over. There was no food to buy in the hotel and we were directed to the... More

The hotel is OK - comfortable rooms, very good price... But it can be noisy (from outside because of the poor window design and from the other rooms). I might just have been my bad luck to have very noisy neighbors...

Stayed for one night in a smoking room - was advised the smoking rooms had not yet been refurbished like the others, which wasn't a problem, I didn't need all singing all dancing. Just a comfortable room for the night. The staff were friendly. The room was shocking! The curtains were falling down, there were holes in the walls, the... More
