It's the only restaurant I have ever eaten in when I have left hungry. We did the taster menu & the wine taster & quiet frankly I felt insulted. Especially with the wine tasting I had to ask for enough to enjoy it. The food was nice but very sparse. I would never go back there

We stayed for one night and had the tasting menu with wines. The level of service and standard of food was exceptional. We had the spa area to ourselves for an hour in the morning but it did start to get busy with the day spa guests later on. Great location for breaking our journey to Wales!

In spite of refurbishment in progress during our stay this was less of a problem than in some hotels operating at full power!
