Even worse than its sister hotel in Newbury, based on an industrial estate behind Tesco and a Ford showroom with nothing else nearby, staff are rude and lazy, food and service is terrible. We where told one evening at 6pm we couldn't have a beet because the "the gas has run out" a typically example of many other incidents
