Nothing was too much trouble, the rooms were very comfortable and the breakfasts were great. Would recommend this to anyone.

Stayed for 3 nights (from 2nd January). Excellent room with sea view and 4 poster bed. Great location only 2 minute walk from the sea front. Fantastic breakfast.
