We booked last minute and booked into Bramblewick Guest House at Scarborough. They accommodated us at the last minute and nothing was too much trouble. Will recommend Joan and Anton to our friends. Lovely hosts, food and stay. A*****

For the second time, me and my brother had a wonderful 3 nights stay. The breakfasts were just the right size and was absolutely delicious. When we arrived, we were greeted by Anton and Molly the dog. Joan and Anton were fantastic hosts, nothing is too much trouble. Thankyou, cannot wait to see you in August! Love Tom, Troy, Denise... I found Bramblewick on TripAdvisor as I was looking to stay close to Peashome Park. Joan & Anton are super hosts, who made Alfie (my 9 year old son) and myself feel at home as soon as we arrived. The Breakfast is top notch in quality, even my son said it was the best he's ever had (quite a compliment,... More

This was our second stay at the Bramblewick. This time we brought our parents. In a typical Northern way my fathers comments were 'right good digs'. Coming from hime praise indeed. Spotlessly clean, wonderful welcome for us and our dog, superb breakfast especially the sausages. What more can we say. See you again soon.

Stayed the saturday night over the May bank holiday (6.5.2013). We had a parking space directly on the property, were welcomed by our very friendly hosts and their lovely little dog Molly :). First impressions were very good, the garden was lovely, flowers and a water feature, inside was spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful. We ( my mum, ten year... More

Stranded in Scarborough in a cold, windy Monday afternoon last April, and after checking the tripadvisor app on my phone, I decided to knock on Bramblewick Guest House for a room. To my great surprise, I was greeted very rudely by a woman obviously eager to get rid of me, while she told me I would still have to pay... More

We were looking for a last minute quick break in Scarborough and searched online for dog friendly accomodation so we could take our Staffie with us. We booked at Bramblewick because of the good online Tripadvisor reviews and were not disappointed. Brambelwick hosts, Joan and Anton, are such lovely people, so welcoming and hospitable, and nothing is too much trouble!... More

We stayed for one night just after the Easter weekend, called on speck after a quick flick through Trip Advisor and the owners managed to fit us in due to a cancellation. The room was really nicely decorated with modern furnishings of a high standard and very clean. They provided everything you could want, tea/coffee, flat screen tv, hairdryer and... More
