Second time visited and when you find somewhere as well run, friendly and value for money you'll keep going back. Room was spotless, shower and bathroom very good and Steve and Ros as welcoming as ever.

Stayed at The Manor Heath Hotel, August 2012. A lovely welcoming hotel, A clean, spacious room and a fantastic breakfast, which set you up for the day. Ideal location, across from Peasholm Park. Thanks to Ros and Steve for making our stay enjoyable. Would definately recommend this hotel.

Lovely room very clean but small en suite with shower which proved very difficult to work. Due to situation next to a home of some sort we were woken early by staff having a break outside. Convenient location in quiet part of town and very efficient staff serving a lovely breakfast.

My wife and I were made to feel very welcome on a short break. Excellent room, excellent food and very good value for money. The hotel was spotlessly clean with a well stocked bar, comfortable lounge and free wifi. Recommend most highly.
