We stayed on 27th April. Greeted by Leanne who was extremely friendly and helpful. The room (No 1) was beautiful, modern and light. Spotlessly clean with a lovely en-suite. Delicious breakfast. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a brilliant B&B. Better than any UK hotel I've stayed in.

The Helaina Hotel has a self catering apartment next door to the hotel. It is recently refurbished with a lovely kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and large living room overlooking the sea. Excellent... lovely welcome by Jill. Decor classy modern and very clean through out. Breakfast best ever and what a choice, loved the fresh fruit salad, and bacon cooked to perfection by Tom. All ready recommended it to our friends and look forward to going for longer next time ourselves.

This small hotel is in a good location overlooking the North Bay, which is much quieter than the South Bay. It is within 15 minutes walk of most town centre attractions and restaurants. The welcome, breakfast, etc was very good. No complaints after three night stay.

We stayed at the lower ground floor garden flat - absolutely first class facilities, one large beautifully decorated open plan kitchen/diner/lounge (with very comfortable sofa bed) two classically furnished bedrooms (with incredibly comfortable beds) and a power shower to die for.
