Family room was well eqipped with tea making facilities and hot chocolate for the children. Some residents were quite noisy late at night, talking outside rooms which was disturbing for the children. However, the room and bathroom was clean and breakfast plentiful.

Very clean hotel.nice helpful couple running the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Will visit again.

I really enjoyed my stay staff were extra helpfully and kind. rooms were really comfy and tidy. Food was delishus defiantly staying again !:)

Stayed for four nights every thing was just how we liked it good location for every thing scarborough as to offer good breakfast set you up for the day ahead. Martin and kath are excellent hosts hotel very clean and comfortable we liked it so much we have booked for later in the year
