just returned from the grand all the above reviews are true we had disabled room 208 lovely big room full of cobwebs but bathroom what a joke cant get wheelchair passed the shower cubicle to get to the toilet` plus it was filthy . management sort it out its a disgrace

On the outside, the Grand is very imposing. It's in a great location and the views from the dining room are fantastic.
