We had absolutely no problems with our stay. The location is fantastic, there were 5 of us in two rooms, and we both got a sea view. The staff were lovely, very helpful and assisted in making our trip perfect. We didn't eat here so we couldnt comment on the food. Very happy with our stay

Basic room with sea view - meals and bar available. Friendly staff all made us welcome and saw tho all our needs. The trouble is the on street parking outside the hotel is only free from 6 pm. Add £10 per night to your budget - Meter maid out at 7 am for easy pickings!

Just spent a night here whilst walking the Cleveland Way. Great value basic hotel. Room was clean and tidy. Lovely hot water which was well received after a 20 mile hike. The venue does what it says on the tin. No frills but everything you need. Good location. Will stay here again on a budget break.

Friendly staff bad breakfast service but was forced to re locate as the water from my room (416) flooded the room below us, only 1 lift was working in the whole of the hotel the place was a maze with so many stairs and it was an attraction for the sea gules to have a look in your room. sorry... More
