Stayed in the Philmar last weekend with my family. 8 of us in total. Warm welcome from the Staff and shown to room and all facilities explained. I have just returned from spending a few days at the Philmar, and can truthfully say that it exceeded all expectations. The room, which I knew was going to be small, was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable.
