Just back from a great first visit to Skeggy where we had a lovely time at the Clarendon. Yes it's basic and a bit dated but the amazing private balcony was an added bonus we hadn't expected. As smokers it was ideal to be able to sit outside the bedroom on the decked area and enjoy the glorious weather we... More

Stayed here during a conference in March 2012. Ground floor rooms had rails and other assists for travelers who use wheelchairs or otherwise have difficulty moving, and the bathroom was similarly adapted. Breakfast was filling, and the hotel was quiet and comfortable. Also provided an iron and ironing board for some shirts. Helpfully mailed me an invoice for work expenses More

Spent a weekend at the Clarendon in late February and was very pleased with the hotel and staff. The staff were welcoming, friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms and food was excellent value for the price. Planning on spending another weekend in Skegness in April and will most certainly be staying at the Clarendon More

Advertised facilities were not available, e.g. the bar was closed, but we were informed that it was 'out of season' (the first week in September) Plenty of food, as long... More

Tea and coffee are toped up daily and the rooms are cleaned regularly. If at any time on my stay i had a problem it was sorted out at... More

the only thing going for this hotel were the breakfasts which were tasty with full english served and as much juice, cereal and toast as you want. On the downside the hotel was dated and grubby and in need of redecoration. The family room we stayed in the carpet was dirty, lack of storage i.e wardrobe there was a chest... More

Staff very friendly this is our fifth visit here. The hotel has 3 rooms for wheelchair users. Breakfasts fabulous close to all amenities only disappointment was no evening meals but saying that plenty of places to eat nearby. More
