Stayed for a long weekend and wished we had booked for longer, the food was excellent and we found Pat & Adrian very friendly and helpful. Dog was very friendly, would definatley stay again when coming to skegness. Guest House is a 5 min walk to town and pier and 2mins walk you are on the beach. Perfect location. More
