we stayed at the linroy b&b for a weekend break very enjoyable stay the place was very clean.the breakfast was really nice everyday and both MICK & ANGIE were very nice people ,very pleasant ,and made our stay with them most welcome .look forward to returning there later this year .thankyou mick and angie..

Our second visit here and we'll be back again too - it just gets better - ange and Mick are the perfect hosts and the Linroy is great, the work they've done on the rooms is exceptional. Definitely four star territory now - can't recommend it highly enough.

Just returned from Linroy Guest House, spotless clean and comfortable. Bedding top quality which makes a good nights sleep, would recommend.

one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in, 10/10 for food/rooms atmosphere we stayed for 4 weeks in total while working localy, and we felt like it was a second home to us. . Mick and and Angie are really nice people who will look after you, we would not entertain staying anywhere else in skegness......

Rooms nice. Location excellent. Ad great time here. Breakfast average. You can either have english breakfast or cerial. There was a jug of orange which wasnt refilled when empty. I would perfer and bigger varity. Rooms were small but cosy. But Could do with fresh wallpaper as the gaps are showing. Very clean at all times. Only issue with this... More
